Over the 11-year history of this company, we’ve had the privilege of working with a number of nonprofit clients. And I say privilege because it is truly an honor each and every time we get to work with one of these organizations.
We’ve worked with organizations like Thrive Virginia and The Counseling Alliance of Virginia who help shape families’ lives, and we’ve worked with organizations like Virginia Supportive Housing who help fight homelessness in Virginia. We’ve also worked with Children’s Home Society of Virginia and Chesterfield Education Foundation who are both dedicated to helping children find homes and get a great education.
Most recently, we’ve worked with the Virginia Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program on a rebranding initiative and website redesign.
We’e also been heavily involved with the Richmond Bluegrass Jam for all 10 years of the event’s existence, both in helping with their marketing and serving on the organization’s board of directors.
When you think about nonprofits, I think most people would agree that these are the organizations that need the most marketing help of anyone. One of the most rewarding aspects of working with nonprofits is that we know that our efforts are going to have a direct, positive impact on the organization and the people they help. That warms our hearts.
Another great thing about working with nonprofits is that they’re usually a bit more forward-thinking and are open to trying cutting-edge marketing strategies. There’s certainly nothing wrong with using the old “tried and true” methods for most of our clients, but it is a real treat when we get to flex our muscles and try something more innovative with these nonprofit clients.
Lastly, one of the benefits of working with nonprofit clients is that we get to help our clients find the most cost-effective ways to spend their marketing dollars. For instance, we have enrolled a few of our nonprofit clients in Google’s Ad Grants program where they can receive up to $10,000 each month in free advertising spend. This presents an amazing opportunity for us to help our clients reach their target audience using free money. In our eyes, it doesn’t get much better than that.
If you run a not-for-profit organization and you’re looking for the best way to reach your audience with a great website and super effective digital marketing, give us a call – we’d love to chat with you and find out how we can help.
